Classical Crossover – Violin, Piano & Cello

Take3 is a classical crossover trio led by virtuoso violinist Lindsay Deutsch, with piano & cello.  They had a short tour for Allied in the 18-19 season which was very well received.  That tour was early in the ensemble’s evolution and now it is more polished and settled.

Dave saw them perform in Chippewa Falls, WI in the winter of 2019 and was delighted by the overall quality of musicianship, the enjoyable mix of music, and their dynamism on stage.  Lindsay, in particular, is very active—moving about the stage, interacting with the pianist and cellist, and communicating very well with the audience.  It was apparent that she and her colleagues enjoyed performing this music for the audience.
